The hotel is excellent with amazing staff and a convenient location near wineries and restaurants.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. It had a fridge, mircrowave, and iron and ironing board and hair dryer and more towels than some hotels provide.
The motel is very old and rather run-down. The lobby was old and needed paint and better furniture and decoration. The room had no dead lock on the door that opened to the street, the curtains were broken at the top, the room needed painting, the furniture was old and worn, and the carpet was worn.

Convenient to conference. Restaurants close by. Check in easy and front desk clerk very nice. Would recommend to travellers on a really tight budget. (However - Inn and Suites has a different connotation to those who travel often.) Nice for its price and location.
Very musty on arrival. Went away after a/c turned on. Shampoo was solidified...needs to be changed out! :) Front desk clerk didn't know much about eating places near-by. Had to find my own. Asked about food next door but she had never eaten there! (Fantastic thai just a half- block away.) Apparently woke up the morning person - he came out of back area shirtless and very sleepy. (I needed a receipt for the stay!) Hours of lobby service should be posted in large type on the counter and mentioned at check-in. Was called on cell phone at 10:30pm on 2nd nite stay to see if I was going to check in! Reservation changed to TWO nites, but apparently not recorded. Glad I wasn't asleep!

Air conditioning from the scorching 100 degree heat.
There was no breakfast provided as advertised on your website. Each morning when I arrived at the office (9:00ish), The door was locked and I had to ring bell at the night service window to wake him up. There was also no internet access as advertised. Diagnositics of the problem reported the router was not available.

Price was great. The room was comfortable and roomy.
My only complaint was the dumpsters. I was in the back and had to pass them to go get ice. I wasn't even close to the dumpsters and it was horrible. We chose not to go eat that morning because of the dumpsters being so close. Maybe they just need to be washed often. I don't know, but it was horrible. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff was awesome and provided useful information. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the mountains, downtown, and family in Ozark, Ark. - Aux Arc Park was only 3 miles away from the hotel. - I have booked here multiple times and would highly recommend it.

Nothing at all!!!!
This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life!!! Their promotional information is extremely mis-leading. The "breakfast" noted was a cheap low quality breakfast biscuit at a place that was not even opened every day of the week. The attitude of the manager/owner was very negative and rude w/ the customers. The note that there is a picnic area is just 1 table on black top. The place looks very run down from the road, and the condition of the rooms are pathetic. The first room we were given, the tv didn't work and the mildew smell was very strong and the window was cracked all the way across w/ duct tape over it. The second room, had just as strong mildew / unclean smell throughout. We didn't even have "straighten up" service from one night to the next: bed wasn't made, no fresh towels, etc. Very noisy area. I'm so glad we only made a 2 night stay. The price they charged was way too much for the quality/service received. This place shouldn't be allow to promote itself on any web site. It makes me question whether to use your service ever again!

I loved the cozy room with a soft bed and the on-site restaurant, making me want to stay here again in the future.

The beds were wonderful. Great place to stay if you're just passing through.
Small bathroom. Don't expect the lap of luxury. But okay for just passing through.

The guy at the front desk was very nice.
Things in the room didn't exactly work, but the third room we were placed in was fine.
